Don't Be A Trenching Accident Statistic!!!
Buck Buchholzer, with Safety Controls Technology has advised OCA that in light of recent trenching fatalities and the increased OSHA inspections catching many off guard, he has scheduled a late season Excavation Competent Person Class on May 15th. This class will be conducted in Middleburg Heights. The class runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at a cost of $150 per person. If your company is interested in hosting an in-house class, Buck is willing to make arrangements for such. Please contact Mark Potnick in the OCA office if this is something you wish to pursue.
