OCA union members qualify to be part of the Labor Relations Division (LRD), which leads the way for heavy/highway contractors in Ohio by negotiating fair, stable, and workable collective bargaining agreements with the construction trade unions. Membership in the LRD not only allows eligible members to engage in labor negotiations, but also adds to the strength and conviction of numbers represented at the bargaining table.
