ODOT to Host Webinar for New DBE/SBE Registration Software - B2Gnow

OOCA recently received the following information for training webinars. Note that sessions will be recorded if you can’t make the scheduled times:

On September 9, 2024, the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will implement its new Certification Management System, B2GNow. You may be familiar with this web-based software system, which is currently being used by other government agencies, such as the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and the City of Cincinnati.

This Certification Management System provides prospective Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and DBEs from out of state interested in being certified in Ohio with the ability to complete an online application for certification in the Ohio UCP DBE Program. DBEs currently certified with Ohio UCP will have the opportunity to manage their certification online and monitor changes to their certification profile through the system.

The Ohio UCP will begin accepting DBE, ACDBE, and SBE-related information through B2Gnow on September 9th.

On October 14, 2024, all ACDBE/DBE certification documentation should be completed through this electronic certification system.

If you are currently DBE certified with the Ohio UCP, your firm may already be in the system and an account already exists. Please utilize the following link to look-up your business to see if an account already exists: https://ohioucp.dbesystem.com/. You must click on the agency that you were certified with first to be taken to the correct system. If you were certified by the Cleveland Airport or the City of Dayton Human Relations Council, please choose ODOT.

Certified Vendor Training:

On September 9th, 2024, and September 25, 2024, the Ohio UCP will be hosting a DBE, ACDBE, and SBE Vendor Training for certified companies.
