Jerry Keller Safey Award Application
Each year OCA presents safety awards during the annual winter conference. The application forms are now available on the website. Please click here and follow the directions to submit your application. We have moved the dates back slightly to allow additional time to gather information and order the awards. The new 12-month time frame of reported hours will run from 10/1/2022 through 9/30/2023. Applications for this year’s awards must be received no later than October 13th.
